Navasota Odessa Energy Partners LP officially announced today that Quail Run Energy Center in Odessa, Texas, will break ground on Wednesday, May 24th. The ceremony will take place at the site (see map attached) at 10:00 a.m. and will be attended by local and state officials. Construction activities began on site in early March.
